Tikro alcove on Peugeot Boxer
The Tikro-alcove prototype presented on the CMT in January this year is now a vehicle ready to go into production which is also available on the Mobile Home Salon 2008 inThe outer appearance matches a more integrated part by its low overhang part. The design of the vehicle fits harmoniously into the optics of the Tikro family.
Inside the alcove there is a modern alcove bed, which itself is easy to be rebuilt from the original diagonal bed to a vertical bed by means of a very clever mechanism. The skylight at the head of the bed guarantees light, air and at night an unlimited view on the starry sky. In the sleeping area of the alcove, there is also a hot air supply. Roof stowage cupboards are situated in the high roof area in front of the bed, with a partially vitrified front. The alcove bed is above the driving cab roof which is supported by springs, thus enabling the bed to be folded up during the trip. This guaranties a generous headroom. The rear-ventilated cold foam mattress supported by springs from Froli provides a good night's sleep.

Vertical option LxW 199 x 140 cm
Of course, 2 reading lamps are integrated into the alcove area.
The height of the bunk is a comfortable 70 cm.
The rear part of the vehicle corresponds to ground view K3B1 ( illustration of ground view on enclosed CD). In the rear part of the vehicle there is a bunk bed, dimensions: LxW 199 x 89 cm. The beds can be adjusted on request according to their height or can be totally removed.
The semi-dinette can also be converted into an extra bed. The standing height inside the cabin is 210 cm, the external height is 310 cm. Even with respect to the Tikro-alcove, Seitz sets great value on no-frills but high-quality furniture and furnishing items.
