As a reputable company, Seitz GmbH is available to you as a partner, with generous guarantees. Thus, you receive a 6 year guarantee on the sealing of the superstructure. All services under guarantee are to be carried out by an authorised Tikro contracted partner or in a workshop recognised by the manufacturer.
Always at your service
As a Tikro driver, you are looked after in the best possible way for service or guarantee claims: Just use the Europe-wide network of our partners and suppliers, with service stations in many large cities.
Large scale repairs are carried out exclusively at our headquarters in Aspach, Germany, for quality assurance reasons. In order to offer even better and quicker service our dealer network will be extended internationally.
